Very frustrating experience. The hairdresser put oil all over my scalp and said it would be absorbed into my scalp... well it didn’t and I ended up leaving with my hair looking like I hadn’t washed it in weeks. Never offered to fix it or to style my hair. Just did her own thing. I don’t pay money to get my hair cut and styled to after go home and have to wash my hair again.. super frustrating.

The person answering the phone and greeting customers is great. But then I had a manicure. The person was not to into the customer service. Not sure if it was a bad day or maybe she needed more coffee? Wasn't a great experience and the manicure lasted maybe 24 hours. It is all gone now...I feel ripped off. See photo, which was taken the next day when all the polish had fallen off spontaneously.

Portions of my hair are left as much as 2 inches shorter and chopped in odd places. The so-called stylist I booked was late, then hurriedly started right in chopping off dry hair until I asked her to stop, stood up and said I had booked for a wash also. This annoyed her and she assumed an angry expression she kept throughout my overcharged experience. Although the toilet was plugged and smelt terrible, the staff insisted on keeping the door open right next to where I was getting my hair washed, and when I requested to close it, that was denied. It was impossible to get a word in to talk to the stylist because another worker in the room who was sweeping was loudly gossiping with her. The stylist refused to style my hair and told me she was not capable or qualified to style although that is what I booked and paid for. I asked if I could at least use the dryer to style myself before leaving and was denied. It will take 6 months for me to grow out this bad cut I far overpaid for. The management has been informed and did nothing to offer to make this right and suggested I buy more of their products to hide the mistakes and blamed me that I should have asked for a different stylist, but I had been told by the receptionist my usual one no longer worked there. There are problems at this salon with unqualified workers, poor hygiene habits, rudeness, and disorganization. It is hit and miss to get a decent cut and not worth a return.

I made an appointment at Studio 3 because it was convenient as we would be in Terrace to have our vehicle serviced. I am very pleased with my haircut! Stephanie listened attentively when I told her how I usually wear my hair and cut it just the way I like it. She also gave me tips for other styling options. Who knew that there was more than one way to style a pixie cut!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My wife asked for a trim and instead had 5" of hair removed. The hairdresser later said they did the opposite of what she asked. 5" of hair does not regrow overnight. We will never be visiting studio 3 again, very dissapointed and should be given a full refund at the least. In the future, if your client asks for a trim they don't mean remove 5" of hair!

I went in to get my hair done. I had mix of ash blonde and orange in my hair I talked to the lady and told her I wanted all my hair to be ash blonde or at least get rid of the orange I wasn't expecting major change but some change at least. She assured me that she can get it done. Once done I looked in the mirror it was same color even worse orange got mixed with purple violet from the original ash blonde that was there. She kept saying she can't do anything else that's all she can do. I've never gone into a salon and got this kind of result. I always get at least close to what I want but this time it was the worse I've ever gotten my hair looks like I went to a dollar store and got a box of hair dye from there and put it all over my hair. I don't know how I'm gonna get it redone now over the holidays. On top of all that they lady starting yelling in the end when I told her I wanted to talk to the manager she said I'm the manager and now you can get out. Don't go there unless you don't care about your hair.
