★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid quite a lot of money on purchasing a beautiful Areca Palm tree but had issues with it since I bought it. It slowly started dying a couple days after receiving it and it had white spots on it as soon as it arrive. I emailed the company to advise of the situation and was told the plant wasn’t rinse off as it was supposed to and to simply wash off the white spots and cut off the dry leaves. I did as advised and the plant continued to worsen… I tried to follow up again and had no resolution. The plant even had spider mites which I found out after I got it checked by a friend of mine who is really good with plants and was told to rinse off the plant with a hose. I believe if it was rinsed off properly before being delivered to me I wouldn’t of had all these issues. ? I barely have any branches left on it. Sharing pictures of how bad my plant was at first vs how much worse it is now.

Ten days later we still have a fresh and beautiful centerpiece at home that continues to make us smile. We would hire them all over again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't live in the city so I ordered from Terra to be delivered to my best friend. Overall, their customer service is amazing! The flowers I originally ordered were not the same colour as the picture but when emailing them about this, they were very understanding and helped me resolve the issue. I appreciate their time in helping me resolve it. Although they weren't what I expected, the quality of the flowers is beautiful.
I will be ordering from Terra Plants & Flowers again!
