★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I learned about Pretty Pots 3-4 years ago and ever since I’ve never gotten my flowers elsewhere. The owner Courtney is super friendly and knows the answer to every question. The staff are always positive and extremely helpful. I’ve always had great service inside the shop and with delivery’s. Overall, its been only positive which is why I recommend this shop to everyone i know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems astounding to me that you can walk into a flower shop and have someone not only disregard your presence, but act as if you were completely annoying them because you came in to buy some flowers!! Um, really?!! Not to mention the flowers available, were shockingly awful! Plus, the lady was incredibly rude to me, talking down to me as if I couldn’t ‘afford’ to shop in her store. I was so upset with how I was treated, I walked out. Given that they are located on the main street of Stittsville, you would think that they would up their customer service game, and their stock. I’m surprised this place is still in business. Such a terrible experience. So sad. I love stittsville and will always support small businesses there. Always!! Unfortunately not this one?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested a flower bouquet for a birthday and gave Courtney creative freedom and wow she did AMAZING!!!! Plus, customer service was excellent, she was so easy to get in touch with! Delivery was fast and effective. Couldn’t recommend this shop enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE this shop!! Courtney and her staff created magic for my daughter's wedding, from bouquets to centerpieces the flowers were incredible, as was the service! Family and friends and even the venue staff were blown away.More recently I ordered special roses for a friend's milestone birthday and again, they were incredible. Beautiful, fresh, long lasting and special.Highly recommend!!

I showed the owner,Courtney, my dress, venue, tons of photos i saved from pinterest and pointed out what i liked from each. She understood the look i was going for and added the right colors to compliment it all. The results were nothing but amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty Pots is my go to flower shop in Ottawa! The bouquets are always so full!!! I also love receiving their flowers as gifts. They're long lasting and beautifully arranged. It's obvious each order is created with passion and care. I've also used Pretty Pots for my wedding, and was beyond happy. If your looking to hire a florist, I would recommend Pretty Pots every time.

The owner Courtney is extremely friendly and patient as I am not very knowledgeable with plants and flowers. She took the time to explain on how to care for the plants and even let me know about the toxic plants for animals which is super helpful as I have furbabys. I would recommend this shop for all plant/flowers needs!!
