★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the service. Yes it may have been a bit of a wait. None the less, i felt safe towards cleanliness! Also understanding, helpful, and more! I didnt get whay i needed to get done today. But i assure you that was not their fault. I did get help beyond expected and also they followed up with me and will still until i have more time to finalize my deal. Great work. In this unfourtante time in the world. Highly recommended!

iPhone 13 pro shortage. I dealt with the sales rep Akram,
I have never ever experienced the horrible run around I got trying to receive my new phone before. I made sure 3
times that my shipping address was correct. He kept
assuring me it was. I get my order confirmation and the address was NOT correct. After spending many hours on the phone with TELUS customer service I got no where. Now I have to wait even longer to receive my new phone that I am already paying for. Save your money and go somewhere else. What a horribly ran business and store. Telus in general was a nightmare to deal with to get it fixed which caused my phone to be delayed and 5 hours of my time wasted to get a $5 discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had issues with setting up my SHAW email to my phone. I went to the SHAW store in the mall and they did absolutely nothing, were completely useless and they told me to call in. They didn't even attempt to help at all, had no interest. I just went to this TELUS store and a representative named Duong went above and beyond and was able to get my SHAW email loaded onto my phone. He did what SHAW should've helped me out with. Amazing service, come see this store and specifically this rep!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here a few times. 2 times I've been helped and greeted. But 2 other times, I went in looking for a case and block charger, and no one greeted me, they were all huddled around the counter in the back, there was no sign stating if they were closed or not, doors wide open. When I enter they turn to me and then turn back. I went and found the case and charger area myself, and finally one man came up and "help" more so rushed my transaction and when I was done, it was a rushed bye and back to the huddle.
The other time, just always ignored even though many employees are just walking around or talking to one another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A young man named Duong (pronounced Young) gave me an excellent experience in store when purchasing my new phone!! He helped me set up and transfer my data and also helped me reset/create new email accounts so my phone would work properly. After, he took the time to show me the ins and outs of how to use the phone and demonstrated a lot of cool features that the phone could do for me. Go see Duong!!
