Since finding Teky I have made a few purchase's with them and had my home PC in for servicing I have found the staff to be easy to talk to about computer issue's and upgrade ideas for my system's , I'm definitely going back for further purchase's and advice.

The lady at the counter (Louise?) was unbearable, condecending, and rude.She tried to upsell me on antivirus software after the technician (Dan I think) got my system up and running. The tech looked over my system and explained that my paid version of AVG antivirus was ample protection. Why are your technicians better at customer service than the counter staff??? Thankfully they got my system running again, but the poor customer service won't have me returning. "Those are bogus complaints. We just ignore them. :-)" - The Owner That business model will lead you to closing your doors. Ignore your customers at your own peril.

Picked up computer and was treated so rudely by the lady in the office. I just spent $467.00 and she was so condescending. You lost my business... and I will pass this info on to the people and businesses in the community. The rep that helped me was very good, but we obviously had a miscommunication because I asked for a phone call after diagnoses of $40.00 before any more repairs or changes were made to my computer. She said that she wants me to be happy and would remove new hard drive that they installed and would put in old hard drive. That was not the point! I asked for a phone call first. Your not listening to your customers.

Jeff has been my Tech. Couldn't be happier. Super nice. Very knowledgeable. Doesn't overcomplicate things or talk in a language i don't understand. I've tried many techs (from other companies) and Jeff is far and away my favorite. Keep up the good work.

I brought my insanely slow laptop in for repair and had an excellent experience. Friendly staff, quick turn around time, and very reasonable price.

Dear owner: I have never submitted a complaint to any business in my 60 odd years and please don't say this is one of your bogus complaints. A couple of months ago I decided to support small business in our community and took my laptop to Teky instead of the big box store. I had a couple of problems and Craig fixed one but I had to take it in again of course with another charge. Took it home and again have a problem with the new hard drive that he installed. Took it in for third time, frustrated. I suggested to Craig to push the restart button to get the message and he told me not to tell him how to do his job. Said he didn't have time for this as he had 2 jobs on the go in the back. He kind of dismissed me and told me to get a ticket started and went in the back. Needless to say I grabbed my laptop and left. Never have I been talked to like that at a store. He was very condescending and made me feel like I wasn't important enough as a customer. I have worked in customer service for 39 years and know how a customer should be treated. I will not be back and I will tell my friends and family what my experience with your business was like.

Jeff and the team at Teky have always provided me with excellent service. After calling with a Microsoft software conflict/glitch they were able to fit me in the same day and resolve the issue. Friendly staff, super knowledgeable and great customer service.
