Good equipment excellent facility easy parking.
Fees are very reasonable and you can sign up and pay monthly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym with friendly and helpful fitness trainers, a wide range of classes for all interests and lots of fitness options to choose from. Many areas are set up to serve your interest whether it be Zumba, Yoga, Spin Class, or hitting the free/universal weights or cardio machines. It's the hub in a great location where you can do your grocery shopping or head for a coffee or pedicure after getting your sweat on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservation system does not work . 4 th time I locked in and staff did not see in their system . Must exit through cardio zone where everybody breath heavily in and out . Sounds really save ….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve belonged to several gyms over the years. Valley Fitness is the best among them. Staff are friendly and helpful. The facility and equipment is in excellent shape. The fitness classes I’ve attended of which they offer many types are also excellent. The price of membership reasonable.
All the members that I see wipe down the equipment after use. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Valley Fitness.
