I know other places “could have” be dishonest and told me my iPhone screen needed to be replaced and charged me for something I didn’t need, but Techbuy treated me with professionalism and sincere honesty. I truly appreciate that! They also had the USB cord I needed for my laptop too! I absolutely recommend Techbuy for your tech needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an in stock part for a cell phone from their website. The part was a volume button which is the size of a couple grains of rice. After 6 days it still hadn't been processed or shipped, despite having already paid for the part and shipping. When I asked about it, they cancelled my order without an explanation and refunded my money. Who runs a business this way? A simple email explaining the delay would have been fine. I order a lot of cell phone parts and was excited to find a company in Canada to order from, but I won't be doing business with Techbuy anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sold a phone there. Clean shop they know what they are doing. Friendly. Lost a star because they tried to show me the value of my phone based on the "bell buy back"super low prices. So do your homework before you sell there on the understanding that they need to make money too. That being said, they paid more than other shops were offering which means they paid a fair price.
