★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have ordered CTI board from this company and the LACK of customer service has been appalling. We've been asking for guidance on securement layouts for 2 months with little-to-no help. No one seems to reply back to their emails and we have also tried calling every one of their phone extensions - still, nothing. Its been frustrating to say the least, especially after giving them such a large PO.
