★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am amazed at the level of service from this dealership. From sales, to finance, to service, everyone was extremely helpful and professional. Huge shout out to Tanner in service. Had a few issues with the new trailer, he got us in quick, handled all warranty repairs and servicing in record time in my opinion and made it painless. Highly recommend this dealership for all your RV needs and will definately continue to make the trip from Vernon for service. Thanks again, Conner, Dena, Tanner and service staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy who "helped" me was very short with me, not helpful at all & borderline rude. Like my 3 questions were a great inconvenience for him - though he walked away from me before I could ask all 3.
I needed a pressure regulator, he grabbed one off the wall & essentially tossed it at me, without a word & started walking away. I stopped him to ask for some screws, he cut me off mid sentence to tell me "hardware store" (nothing more, just 2 words) and walked off again.
The second time he walked off, I didn't bother. Hardware stores had the other things I needed too. I'd like to support independent business, but if you can't even make an effort at customer service, there's plenty of other stores around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Cub Cadet mower from Rona 2 years ago in Vernon and didn't want to take it back to Rona for repairs. I spoke with Jerry at the store and he ordered the replacement belts and serviced the mower I purchased. Very pleased with the quick turn around and will definitely being doing future business at Country Camping RV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had great service over the years from the Service Department here in Salmon Arm. We live year round in our 5th wheel so having such great service means a lot to us. From the Service Manager to the Techs, It's nice to deal with people who listen and offer advice and stand behind what they sell and service. I always recommend them to a lot of people I come in contact with. Nice to be able to deal locally!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After purchasing a trailer out of province we ran into a bad situation. Our trailer was subsequently taken here for an emergency service call after it started pouring water during a storm. Tanner and his team were quick to assess the unit and were very upfront about what was wrong with it. Integrity matters and their honestly meant a lot to us and went a long way in subsequently resolving our problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First Rate Service department, I took my fifth wheel in to have ithe roof resealed and the wheel bearings repacked.. The service boys found some issues with my brakes and promptly called me to keep me informed and repairs needed. They did a great job on my unit and would highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conner was incredible , as amazing as the boards were ! he met us on the beach beginning of April, in Bc Canada, with choppy weather brewing and my partner and i had an absolute Blast !! thee waves stayed at bat and i e were able to really experience the Radinn. Conner was so personable and the boards were super fun , everything i had been dreaming about since Jan 2019 when i first heard of Radinn. can’t wait to try out some of the other models and really hone in the right style
for me !! Coming back in May

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has the absolute BEST service, you’ll find on the planet. I was travelling BC to the prairies, when I had a major issue with the wheel studs on my trailer.
Luke and the guys got right at it and had it replaced and back on the road in 30 mins!! The entire staff are honestly a really great crew.
I didn’t use it, but they do have roadside service as well. If I could give these guys an extra gold star, I would.
Job well done fellas…..you don’t come across service like that very often nowadays. ?
