They said nothing I had no idea they were busy helping someone else and then took the person that came in after me. I’m wondering if it was just because I was the only woman in the store or if service is just that poor.

The staff at the front counter are always friendly and their online ordering system makes everything a breeze during these Covid times.

He was eager to trouble shoot my plumbing needs and hand picked all the fittings I needed. True customer service isn't dead, it's at Andrew Sheet (that last bit was cheezy, lol)
