H	Halder Group on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bantoo sold my house over asking when the market was drastically slowing down. This was when all the mortgage rules had changed. I personally liked the aggressive sales approach when finding suitable buyers. Most of all I liked the customer service that Team Khurana offers. They always follow-up and keep me in the loop at every stage, while answering all my questions when I needed them. I highly recommend this firm if your looking for personalized real estate services who care about their clients.
K	K Junior on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I have to give a 1 star. Bantoo is money minded, a liar, unreliable and quite frankly a horrible businessman. After selling our property, we politely asked the buyer for a 2 day extension due to lack of movers during covid. They said no worries. We asked Bantoo to get it in writing and documented this way we can proceed further accordingly and professionally. He delayed it a month telling us he'll get to it. After a month he responds saying they said agreed to it verbally, you don't need a written document. We insisted to get a document as per our due diligence. Close to our closing date, Bantoo hands us a document saying they will be charging you a fee of $150 everyday over closing. When we asked why (when initially insisted to get in writing) he backed off, saying this is your choice and problem. We cannot do anything about this now. The buyer is getting the lawyers involved. WE INSISTED TO GET IN WRITING INITIALLY and BANTOO DID NOT GET THE JOB DONE. BE WARE OF BACKSTABBING BUSINESS MEN. He was in favor of the opposite side the whole time up until days after the closing. Asking if we got certain tasks done for the buyer. All he's worried about is getting listings and could careless about you and your property after. He's not there for you and will throw you under the bus.

Bantoo took everything upon himself to ensure the house is ready for sale (no onus on me). And in just over. a week, he sold the house at the desired price. I couldn't imagine a better experience. I cancelled the sale of my house after realizing that I truly was lowballed at the time. Presently my house is worth 1.2 M why do you think I would’ve settled for 860K? Ask yourself that Bantoo? Also by you going around and using my story to portray yourself as a great guy and using the term “ Family” and this is not business for me is Bull! Keep my name out of your mouth and act Professional Bantoo and associates. Move on and stop dwelling in the past. You state client confidentiality but do not practise it whatsoever.
