After hearing so many negative stories that first time home buyers go through with their realtors, we were hoping not to have the same experience.Our hope didn't fail us ! My good friend introduced me to Yathavann, his advice to me was " Wish I had seen Yathavann 3 years ago when I bought my first house". Yathavann is someone who is very punctual, honours our time, highly professional, extremely knowledgeable. He is never pushy at all when it comes to making the purchase decision. He provided us with the right choice of house knowing our needs. As first time home buyers we didn't have much knowledge, but Yathavann educated us and kept us informed which helped us making the right decision. Yathavann is very honest and outright helpful !
