When I reached out to ask about the exchange process they responded with, we are sorry for the inconvenience we will send the correct size out right away and please donate the larger vest to a dog in need. I know just who could use it & Team K9 just got a lifetime customer. Thank you so Much :)

Glen is very knowledgeable and was able to provide a lot of useful information and advice. He is upfront and honest which we also appreciated.

It won't be possible to learn unless you have a good trainer and it takes lot of anxiety off your shoulders. Glen fits the ideal trainer in this situation. I would highly recommend Glen's services.
B	Brandon Lewis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has a mobile store and meets up with you for delivery/pick-up of items you buy online from their store. I purchased online and agreed on a pick-up time. We spoke on the phone the day before and confirmed via text the next day as well regarding the location and time for pick-up. I waited 15 minutes at our agreed location and pick-up time before calling to follow up. They were running late and needed a couple extra minutes (okay no big deal). In the end they were 25 minutes late and they didn't have the courtesy to apologize or even communicate with me regarding the delays or changes to the pick-up time. Once I got home, I realized that the product I ordered was the wrong size. A couple days later I messaged Team-K9 asking if I could exchange for a different size. They read my messages and didn't respond (fair enough, I messaged later in the evening). I waited until the next day to follow up again and send another message. Again they read the response and did not respond. So I tried calling, no one answered. Finally once I got a hold of someone I received a passive aggressive and unprofessional response. Then I was informed there was no return or exchanges. I will never buy anything from them again.

Our dog was struggling to go on walks and would bark at every dog, but that was quickly fixed when we went to training. Glen was able to explain what needed to be done and helped us in each class. The group training sessions were great because they allowed our dog to train with distractions around him. Thanks Glen & Fiona!

I can say for a fact that I made a great decision in trusting Glen to be an informative and disciplined trainer. Within about 30 minutes of our first session we had curbed food aggression that we weren’t able to fix in months by ourselves. As the sessions progressed we learned many valuable training exercises and learned how to properly discipline our dog, in a manner that helped with our training. His balance of positive reinforcement with minor corrections when needed worked perfectly for our dog. I’ve recommended Glen to multiple people since he helped us, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who has minor or major issues with their dogs. A well trained dog makes for an easier and happier life for both you and your dog! My female golden retriever had bad food aggression.. I tried myself to fix it but eventually it got to the point where professional help was needed. I called Glen and right away he was able to accommodate and book in my pup for weekly training! Pricing is affordable! Glen is very observant and knowledgable! He teaches positive reinforcement and doesn’t just force a prong collar on a puppy to begin, like most other places do! Glen gave me all the lessons I needed in order to feel safe and trust my dog! He also provided lessons on behaviour such as recall, sit, stay, etc. These lessons truly made a difference in my life.
