★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Remember the TD motto of old "Banking can be this comfortable"? It should be changed to "TD: Banking can be this incompetent and lazy."
My review in no way is related to the physical state of this branch that suffered a flood this past winter.
The staff here are extremely slow and inept at their roles. Opening a new account took over an hour to complete with the teller. (I already have multiple accounts, this should be a 10 minute exercise.)
Now you may say they're short staffed and this is why things are taking longer. Well they had only 2 wickets open. Meanwhile I counted 6 other staff members plus 2 managers wandering around doing nothing other than stuffing their faces with cookies or surfing the internet.
Come on TD you made $11 Billion last year, there is no reason service should be this bad.
