★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been over a week, when I left a message for their Investment Consultant Yousef to call me. Have not receive a reply to date. Can you imagine if West Jet delivered service such as this!!!! TD: best to learn from West Jet regarding customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always busy, never enough tellers, and as a business customer there isn’t a dedicated line or teller like other branches would have… being closest to where we operate , it seriously makes me reconsider who we bank with.
The staff themselves are great, and doing their best with resources they have

The location was the most convenient one for me, easy to find and very accessible. I booked an appointment prior and was seen next day by Ms.Tatiana. She was absolutely wonderful, very helpful, extremely patient with all my questions and very professional.
A very positive experience overall, the bank wasn't too busy and I was able to get everything done on the same day. I had some other concerns that she addressed and she offered to email me more information before deciding on what credit plan I would be interested in.
I would definitely recommend TD for their excellent customer service and I appreciated Tatiana for taking her time with me..

I have been a client of theirs for the last 10+ years and I must say that the service has terribly declined. They seem to be understaffed as it takes 40 or so minutes to be serviced at this location. The teller today was unhappy and unwilling to help me figure out my transaction issues on one of my accounts. They did not make any effort or attempt to speak loudly in a coherent way as I had to lean over to try and hear them several times.
At first, I asked to speak with someone over the transactions after they were printed out. But after, they made no attempt to match me with an advisor or anyone of sort. She handed me an envelope to put my papers in so I could leave. I usually have an amazing service experience at the Chinatown branch; as they put more effort into being quick and friendly. At this point I am considering moving my money to a different bank. They are lacking in everything overall.
