★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in looking to renew my plan and also to Maybe upgrade my phone. I was helped by Chris S. He was awesome. He helped me get a good plan that worked for me, he looked at each phone and helped me decide which one would be good for me. He was pleasant and friendly. He followed all COVID-19 precautions. He also helped me pick out a screen protector and case. And installed both on my phone for me (with some help from a coworker on the screen protector) . The overall experience was pleasant helpful and informative. I would go see him again next time I need to renew and upgrade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get home internet and i was welcomed by Allan,he was very friendly and helpful,my new place didn't appear in the system because technical issues and he was able to figure it out in less than 24 hours. Ambiance in the store was very nice. Great customer service,highly recommended for newcomers since Allan is very informative and speaks spanish. So forget getting any Telus service online, do it old fashion,go there, find Allan and he will take good care of you.!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garbage company! Literally takes zero responsibility on mistakes and doesn’t even compensate the client. They ditched out of an appointment in the morning without even notifying us and after a whole bunch of departments who had no clue what they were talking about shipped us around for about four hours, there still zero compensation and zero resolution. Never using them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to get a new phone today and was dealing with Allan and Mateo. There were a few glitches, and it was nearing closing time but they both were super kind and didn't mind spending the extra time with me to make sure what needed to get done was achieved. Definitely recommend!
