My husband and I were there for lunch yesterday. We got there about 11:30 a.m. and ordered the Seafood Noodle soup. My soup was just warm (I like my soup really hot). I took it back and they took it to the back and I waited about 6 minutes and asked where my soup was. When they gave it back to me, there was no difference in heat temperature. They did not do a thing to heat it up. It was annoying to say the least. I think that this staff is very cocky because business is good for them at this location and they don't seem to care if you like it or not. I think that they need to improve their customer relations and be more open to please the customers more that their dollar amount taken in for the day. Bad customer service means you will be out of a business if more people feel like I do.

Terrible...was very soggy because they put an extreme amount of sauce and didn't give me an option of how much sauce I wanted. For the veggies it shows you get carrots but I didn't see a single piece of carrot and I only got 1 piece of broccoli but they give you an unappetizing huge amount of bean sprouts to try and cover up that they gave you no other veggies even though they're supposed to. Extremely disappointed, the rice and beef were not fresh and were really soggy as well. Will not be returning

Went for lunch today and got the beef ramen. I would give this an 0 star if I could. It was bland as hell. And I had only one piece of broccoli in the whole soup. I will never be coming back here ? store bought mr noodles for 37 cents tastes better than this place.

Horrible service, mostly from the lady who cooked the food. We ordered food at lunch time...they didn't even have all of it available, was only told items we ordered were not available after already purchasing it. Asked if they could substitute items for other ones on the menu or give us a refund and they were unwilling and rude. Don't eat here, 0 stars:(

Ordered a Pork Chashu Ramen. Overall not bad, some improvements could be: - Larger noodle portion less sprouts, it's more like 40% noodle 60% sprouts right now - Soup was little too salty - Soup was lacking the body and milky soup base that more specialized Japanese restaurants are known for, however the flavour/seasoning was pretty good for a food court Overall, compared to the other restaurants here, I'd come back if I was feeling soup at lunch. Otherwise, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back to the Core specifically for Koya. Edit: 25 minutes later my stomach doesn't feel too great, must be the excessive sodium. Adjusting 4 to 3 stars. Edit:: 2 stars

Worst service experience! If not just because of the lady who complimented my hair while I wait for the food I would really burst into anger! THE PETITE CASHIER at THE CORE branch should need more training on how to be nice and explain things in a calm way. This is my first time to try their food so I am not familiar with their menu and I even pointed out what I wanted but the cashier explain it in a rude tone and did not even care about what I was pointing out to clarify what I want so I ended up ordering something I don't like just to stop talking to her, she even speaks in her language to her coworker while I paid for the food which I find it rude!! and take note, I was the only customer at that time! I work in fast food and I never ever treated our customers the way that cashier treated me!! The food is also disappointing, very bland. =(
