Google and TD's website both indicate they are open until 6pm. I'm here at 5:17pm and they are closed. The one time I needed service at a branch you have let me down. I should change my business account to another bank.

Showed up to get my lost debit card replaced after work Granted I was a last minute at about 18 minutes to closing (6pm)the place was locked and all lights were off. The employees inside just yelled they were closed through glass doors. So either the posted times online are wrong or they just decided to leave early? This was a massive inconvenience as my account is locked since my card was found and account froze. Due to all TDs closing at 6 I am faced with the same issue tonight. Will be avoiding this branch.

Absolutely terrible experience. They couldn't confirm my identity for my business account because my US driver's license showed up as the main ID (because of my US account), but I turned that in for a Canada DL. The manager at this branch told the teller they can't do anything after almost an hour of circling the issue. I went to another branch and resolved my issue in 10 minutes.

So I am writing a review here as I can't write another on Crowfoot, Beyond disgusted at the lack of care shown by the TD lately. My last 6 visits have all had people flat out lie. Pay lip service with no action. And "Judy" who responds to these is one of them. From people in the branch to the phone to social media just flat out atrocious service. But the lying is what really bothers me. Honestly what the hell is that about? Rudeness, curtness, incompetence I can understand but lying tells me there is something very rotten at the core of TD. If it was one person who lied to me, fair enough, that is on that person. But on no fewer than 4 occasions have different people lied to me. Confusing, concerning, very, very poor.
