★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steer away from this branch at all cost. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Most importantly, they did not know anything about what they are doing.
If you are thinking about opening an account at this place, think twice. Horrible customer service with unforgivable mistakes that would cost your money, which they would then blame it on you.
Worst decision ever made is to open an account here, lesson learned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to ask for ordering a paper statement as I need it to prove my address. However, the person who assisted me seemed not understand what I needed. Of course I know there’s online banking where I can download the statement. I clearly said that the registry office needs the paper statement which mails to my mailbox.. I called them again in the afternoon, and asking the same request, but the person who picked up my phone just said okay and then hanged up??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank I have ever been with. I’ll be coming tomorrow to close my accounts in the last 10 days you have froze my account 4 time. The last 3 always promising “it won’t happen again” “that it’s my fault cuz the app isn’t the newest one” “or cuz i don’t know my pin” the same pin I’ve had for 6 years yea. I’m done here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BMO market mall has done a fantastic job with business bank accounts. For any small business owners who are tired to being just a number in a long line, come over the BMO. I never have to wait in line. Gentlemen Albert, Peter always helping me as priority. And a human being answers the phone on the first ring every time. They know all of their clients by name. Thank you to everyone at the branch for always giving us such excellent personalized services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this branch to close my account and had a terrible experience. The was rude and arrogant. Told me they don't have that much cash to give me and have to issue a bank draft. I said ok then he left and got back with the check and start writing on it without explaining anything to me. I saw the amount he wrote was less than the balance I had in the account and asked the amount on the draft and why. He charged me $7.50 fee for the bank draft without explanation and agreement! Then he went on to say he waived my monthly charge. I said there's nothing to waive because the balance on my account is still over the Minimum monthly balance for monthly fee rebate when I requested to close my account. Then he ignored me. This is my first google review and I'll give it a 0 start if I could!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone who has had a business & or personal account with every major bank, in branches all across Alberta I can honestly say my experience with the Market Mall BMO has been by far the best! The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable & easy to deal with. Conveniently for the Market Mall shoppers there are Lots of ATM's I highly recommend BMO for both personal & business banking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse customer service you can get is in this location. Rude staff and unprofessional. I went there today to get some business done and the Asian young lady was rude and arrogant. I felt like I was in a job interview. I requested my ID card to leave without my business being done and she passed it to me in a rude pushy way. I will never conduct any business there again. I was treated poorly in this branch numerous times. I am done.
