I decided on the one at Northmount drive and I was very pleased with the customer service and the pleasant staff that helped me. Many of this banks branches have negative ratings but this branch I give a full 5 stars. There was a friendly atmosphere and employees went out of their way to help not only myself but a number of other customers waiting for customer service reps. Great Bank and staff. thank you.
M	Mason Balas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long story short: I had a private document that was needed to verify myself, teller tried to scan it (keep in mind I used this document a couple times before without the bank scanning it), I told her not to. She then was doing something suspicious on her computer and I told her I don't want her to record anything on the document in her computer, she told me she wasn't. I went back home and still felt suspicious, I called the RBC support line, and they told she recorded the details of the document in my profile notes....

There are a lot of complicated work and I didn't understand the process of my loan. My staff was very kind and she did her best to explain about my loan. I have a bit language barrier and asked her about repetitive questions and she answered kindly to me. Thank you Madiha.
j	jude Abanobi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give negative stars. This is the worst bank branch ever. Worst customer service. Froze my accounts for a ridiculous reason since 3 days now. Agents lie that they've fixed it just to get rid of you and the problem is still there. They've always been terrible at customer service but I did think they'd go as far as now denying me banking services with zero communication. Visited another branch to get this resolved, same incompetence on display. So it's an RBC thing and not a branch thing

He was super friendly, experienced and helpful. Would give 10 stars if I could :)

Business Owners, take your business to other banks that actually respect your needs and your time.

They never called back, not at the time THEY scheduled nor at any other time. Instead, I had to call back, no one answered & they wanted me to set up another "call back from the manager" which, I am sure, would not happen.. I have had subsequent HORRIBLE "customer service" with people at RBC's general contact #. Absolutely HORRIBLE. They should be VERY glad that they don't need any one customer as a customer or they would be out of business.
