โ โ โ โ โ Inconveniently locked when it shouldnโt be for ATM access. Says open during LRT construction, but you canโt get in for the ATM and they expect you to use the sketchy one outside that doesnโt process bills properly. Nearly slipped outside the front door too due to unkept ice build up. Get it together.

โ โ โ โ โ I've been a customer of TD Canada Trust for 19 years now. While their online and bank machine service is of good standards their personal banking has slipped to a degree I regret walking into any branch now - no matter where it's location.
If I want to end a busy day of many stops this will be my last stop as it's always a negative experience.Their teller customer service needs work. Switching to another competitor soon.

โ โ โ โ โ I prefer self-serve for everything, and TD in general is a little lacking in that respect. I had to go in for a few reasons, and the service I received at this branch has been the same as every other interaction I've had at other TD branches, which has been excellent. They're probably the only financial institution that hasn't provided an absolutely abysmal experience to me.
I'd still prefer to not have to go in at all, but at least I haven't had to wait in line, the people I've dealt with have all been clean, presentable, coherent, respectful and not utterly useless. Amazing that these things are so noteworthy in Corporate Canuckistan, but alas.
If you have to deal with one of the "big 5", and you have to go in to a branch, I have no qualms in recommending this one. Just treat them how you would like to be treated, and go in knowing what you want/need, your experience should turn out ok.

Incredibly knowledgeable with policies, benefits, and finding the most suitable package to your liking. Guarantee your appointment will be straight to the point and not a minute will be wasted. I'll definitely be back for any other future adjustments. Highly recommend to find LISA Z. If you decide to go to this branch.

โ โ โ โ โ They wont even let you into the bank unless you give them your phone number, even if your not an account holder. Leveraging the virus to gather personal information is a massive violation of privacy. Staff is argumentative and hostile if you try to question or offer feedback to their aggressive policy.

โ โ โ โ โ I enjoyed the service at this branch. Bank specialist Astrid was very helpful and went through the whole process of opening a new bank account thoroughly. She also helped me on next day with the same level of amicability. I understand that everyone's situation can be different though.
