I didn't have a lot of experience when it came to managing my finances so he was nothing but helpful in addressing the goals I wanted to put in place. Will 100% be returning to this TD branch.

I've just moved from New York State to Toronto area and a bank account was necessary TODAY to finalize a lease agreement for my housing. It obviously took me more time and paperwork than Canadian local people, but Tonya got it all done patiently and professionally. In fact, she had to put off her lunch time so that I could finish in time. I appreciate her kindness.
S	Shep on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and ignorant staff member today July 6/21 who acted like a dictator, giving lectures and scolding me ignorantly like she was a medical professional instead of a banker. I am medically exempt and was still wearing a mask to the best of my ability in the spirit of courtesy. If she still doesn't feel safe wearing a mask, social distancing and being behind a plexiglass barrier, then stay home. My rights and freedom don't end due to your fear. Treat your customer's with respect, keep ypur personal opinions to yourself and stay home if you're scared, your position or stance isn't anymore important than anyone elses. Take a lesson in customer service.
J	John Mackinnon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Continue to allow employees to wear face shields??? According to health Canada: "Face shields do not replace masks, but can be worn only in addition to a mask. A face shield is used to protect the eyes of the person wearing it. Using a face shield without a mask won't protect you or others from infectious respiratory particles that can escape around the face shield" Not going back until they take my safety seriously.
