★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to open sons 1st account today apparently 1 hr 15 mins before closing was to late asked to come back tomorrow, another school day so arrival would be same time. I opened my daughter's account a couple years back also, guess TD has too much business they don't want more, Ok son can start his banking elsewhere, daughter's account will me moved, my accounts, credit card, line of credit will all be closed. Well played TD Cashier your lack of work ethic just axed an entire family from your system

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What banks operate from 10am to 4pm. Any working people leave Sooke before you open and get back after the you close. What a joke. Didn't know I'd have to book time off just to use my local branch...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Failed to provide crucial information about new card activation. Wasted an hour of my work day sorting out a simple tap problem. Not impressed. This comes after requesting a new card and taking over a month before they realizes they sent it to an address of over five years ago, while my current address is on file. Call this one a double fail.
