I bank with this branch always and have for years since it is in my area. Usually I come with 2 bank books because of 2 accounts, 90% of the time they can never seem to get the accounts right. I visited the branch today and spoke to Vivian, a simple request of transfer of funds between 2 accounts and a cash withdrawal was requested which ended up taking 20 minutes. My bank books were misprinted and double printed and a discrepancy of funds occurred and was blamed on the bank machine not operating properly. The only reason I am writing this review is because this has happened numerous times and it is very upsetting that this cannot be done properly every time I request this type of transfer. Alot of talking at the counters and slow service, additional training definitely required.

Excellent customer service from Nigel and Emma. They were very friendly and informative, and they took initiative to support me through my banking needs.

TD bank at tenth line (Review): The cashier handled our (spouse and my) case very poorly, especially as we mentioned many times that we were doing such an activity for the first time. The cashier who made a mistake did not accept and kept arguing with us and in covid we had to be inside the bank with ppl inside and she kept on arguing. She tried to put words in my mouth like β€œ you said I don’t know my job” and I corrected her not to put words in my words as I said β€œMaam you made a mistake.” Yet she said the same and Then I had to explain the difference between what she is saying to what I said that when anyone works, mistake should are bound to happen which is fine if one accepts and rectifies it. Later she went and brought someone else and from far away telling her something that we can’t hear and looking at us she told her to go to the booth where we were and up came the same person. Not surprised , same process was done and we had no choice but to accept the process as we had a deadline to pay and with covid this branch was the nearest. We felt sad, dejected the way we were treated by the TD cashier and she was not apologetic at all but fixed on that she did right. After the process she made sure to point us she did same as the 2nd person which was really unprofessional. Even the second person unnecessarily hit out at us when I was explaining to my wife that the first cashier made a mistake. Again the earlier cashier came and mentioned about her 45 year old career and I explained even one with experience can make a mistake as one learns daily but her attitude was not positive at all. I wished the experience she had she would have been more customer centric, apologetic and dealt customers with empathy. Yet when we left we kept our manners and said thank you and have a nice day. I feel this was enough to avoid this branch now.

Great branch with the nicest staff! Had an appointment with Anjali, who was extremely professional and so knowledgeable on all the questions I had. Taught me a lot of things I never knew about as a beginner in opening up a savings account. I couldn't be more thankful to her for being so helpful and making me feel more educated and comfortable on my banking experience. An overall great experience - Thank you Anjali! :)

I went 2 times to this branch, they complicated the procedures, they are rude and not helpful, particularly the guy with sticky hair and another short lady were arranging the people, I need responsible person to contact me because I have more problems I can't talk through internet

The person who answered the phone at this branch this morning needs training on professionalism and needs to actually listen to the question. I have called other branches this morning with my enquiry and each person has been extremely professional.

Went recently and the bank was so busy, but the customer service was great. Had a few things I had to get done before tax season and Aamna was able to make the process so smooth.

Zero responsibility and accountability! β€œAamna Sheikh” works as an advisor in this branch. She took my request and never answered my follow up calls or messages after. I complained about this way of customer treatment by sending emails to TD customer service, and after spending lots of time for follow up my complaint, her manager called and apologized for Aamna’s behaviour, which is appreciated. Anyway, I spent lots of time and energy for my simple banking request and at the end I lost the opportunity which I requested the bank services for!
