As a future bride, I spent a TON of time researching the perfect wedding dress. When I visited Karigur, I was SO pleased with the level of customer service I was given! They are incredibly knowledgeable and have ample experience in the wedding industry and helped me bring my dress into a reality through a customized dress within my budget. They delivered within the time they had promised (in spite of COVID). It was more beautiful than I had imagined! Every time I look at it I fall more in love with it. They use the best quality material, offer affordable prices, and best of all, some of the proceeds from the bridal outfit go towards charity (Sadqa). I absolutely loved working with them and I will recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bridesmaid dress made from this place and I couldn't have been more frustrated!
Even though this place had taken my measurements, the final dress came out too tight around the chest and arms. At the store I had the employee double check that the measurements were correct on the dress, their records and my own body, it was all the same, and yet the dress was still too fit.
Here begins a few other issues, one being that because they had these dresses made in Karachi and didn't have an in-house seamstress, they couldn't fix the sizing issue. The second issue was that to demonstrate that the sleeves were too fitted, I put my arms forward (not roughly either) and yet that easily gave me a tear in the shoulder area of the dress. So the dress was both poorly fitted and poorly sewn.
The cherry on the cake was that the when trying on the dress for the first time, I noticed a makeup-looking stain on the inner lining, and when I brought that to the attention of the employee, she told me "oh if you wash that out, it should come out". Why in the world am I paying for a custom made dress that doesn't fit, is poorly sewn and has a stain!?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful clothes from what we could see through the store window. Unfortunately the store was closed, it's only 4:30pm. It's supposed to be open till 6pm today. If you're closed, perhaps let customers know so they don't drive far for nothing. UPDATE: the store owner explained it was closed for a holiday. I visited when it was open again. Beautiful hand embroidery and embellishments, but very limited sizes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the store to get a my sister's nikkah dress. Customer service was excellent, they didn't rush us to make a selection and were not pushy at all. The quality of the clothes was really good, and they had a wide variety of selection. Hina and the uncle (forgot his name) were very welcoming and really sweet!! Walked out with a beautiful one of a kind dress.
