The entire team is there to help. Have always had nothing but excellent service in the 15 years I have been using this branch. Staff are well versed with the various banking products.

I am very thankful to James that he explained everything to me in Punjabi my native language. I also appreciate TD that they are giving jobs to the multilingual persons for the convenience of their clients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wonder why this branch have less than 3 rating. Staff behavior is very very rude. We went to open an account and they responded that they don’t have time now so can’t open the account.
I went to another bank next to it (RBC) and account is opened in less than 10 min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The line up is literally four people out of the door, 6 people waiting in the green machine lobby area and who knows how many in the meandering line. I guess the only good thing is some people are getting sick of waiting and leaving the line up. Only three tellers are working, there's 7 work areas that have computers. Wish they would call for help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being with TD for super long but it is getting bad in last couple of years and also expensive as well there is absolute no way to complain and TD staff never puts any effort to make the experience better even after complains. So the point is should I keep complaining and expect them to make it better or just move away over all.....what do you recommend?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been banking here for 12 years. And over and over they screw me, by holding my cheques even at jobs I've worked for months at, government cheques, whatever it is. Nasim was the worst employee I've met there as she refused to help me out over what, 400 dollars that I needed to not be held? Very smug and rude with her shaking of her head before I even finished my question. Switching to a different bank is the best decision I've made
