★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service!!! Their ice cream machine stopped working and had to wait 45 minutes and still was not fixed. The owner didn't let me through away my half filled froster runny froster and made me pay full price for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because the manager and his staff will rip you off for change and pretend they didn't mean to or double charge you for things but they do it more than half the time to see if they can get away with it, it's happened to no professionalism no ethics on the management part WATCH your money when you walk into this macs store!!! I would give it a half star if there was a option!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager is horrible here I asked if I could break a 20 dollar bill just for 2 10s and he said I have to buy something in order for me too do that so they could open the till. I simply said to him fine then I'll buy something then return it then. He said to me no we don't do returns here . I said really what sign In this store says you do not accept returns? I said this is Canada in case you didn't notice we as Canadians have the right to return something if we want to otherwise if there's a sign posted . He had no sign and he has been living in Canada for 13 years and does not no any rules or regulations here in Canada . Was disappointing when I walked in the store because he was freaking out and yelling at his co worker when I had enter the store in Punjabi. He was very rude as delivered horrible customer service as he was yelling at me the whole time trying to force me to buy something so he could open the till. In case he didn't notice you can scan something so you can open the till. The whole conflict could have Been avoided if he would have broke the 20 in the beginning the manager here a macs is a complete ignorant moron!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well today i when in the store the staff think I'm stealing but I do not steal anything I worked in a dollar store and the staff told me I check my computer saying you have something in your pocket. But I didn't have anything on my pocket also I'm on learning disabilities I deal with people like working in my job. This staff really needs to change his attitude.
