I usually do not give any review to the convenient stores, but I actually went to this store 2 hrs ago. I was buying couple of stuff from there. It seems the have very rude employees that work there; when i entered the store the cashier was very rude I don’t know why he stated swearing at me. Even though, I didn’t do anything. I always buy things from here because it’s very close to my family restaurant and to my house as well. I need to phone the store manger tomorrow and tell him about that Indian guy, and about his behaviour; his name is kulwant.

I literally work just across from here. I go here often and most of the time they are good. I would never usually give a convenient store a review but one of the girls that works there needs to be fired. Her name starts with a D. She is rude and super unclean, she was serving one of my co-workers food without gloves and her nail fell off onto the food and when asked for new food she got super bitchy. I dread dealing with her as she is so rude. She never wears gloves and only when she works in nothing stocked. Any other time I go the place is stocked and clean.

Work early so I like to get a coffee before I get there. This place refuses to make coffee before 5 am. This is what happens when cheap people run 24 hour businesses. One coffee would pay for that whole pot but laziness and cheapness prevent that point from registering.

Service is absolutely horrible and the cashiers don't know what the hell they're are doing half the time. The specials aren't ever clearly marked so half the time you will bring something up and it doesn’t apply despite clearly being marked as part of one. Customers in store are also left standing around for upwatds of ten minutes while they fill delivery orders

I normally don't bother writing out reviews, even if I have a negative experience, of places like this. But in this instance, the cashier not only did not honor the sale price sticker on the items I was buying but he actually told me I didn't have to buy the products in front of my kids. Afterwards, he had the gall to chat with another employee in his native tongue, obviously making fun of myself and my family. Even a cursory training in customer service and retail would say that behavior like that should not be tolerated as it makes the customer uncomfortable. It was an embarassing and unfortunate experience that I want to write about in the hopes that they improve their customer service to match their impressive inventory and competitive pricing. It is my hope that management sees this review and takes the necessary steps to rectify the matter as I and my family will NEVER be returning to this particular 711 ever again.

I always buy in this 7eleven store and was always charge different price with same item that im buying every 4 or 5 days and I even show my previous receipts that to show cashiers that I'm buying the item all the time, but they don't even bother to look at it and just told me the price went up and its crazy cos I don't think the price went up every few days.. each time I buy is different cashier with different price and that's ridiculous also the cashiers has no customer service attitude, customers are waiting to be served and their just chatting... I'm a cashier too and I don't do such things to customers... I never thought of posting a review but its too much cos it happen to me again yesterday... the good image of the store relies with the customer service and my impression to this store is getting worse... hoping that the management would do something about it.

I was told by the lady that she'll check if the ones they have on display is fresh. That if it wasn't, she would cook up a new batch. But this is what I got. Dry, burnt, nasty meatballs. Complete waste of time and money.
