The employee working refused to take down my phone num and name to leave with the manager and then he hung up on me. (RUDE) This just happened. This is something urgent as my vehicle was hit in theyre parking lot. This gas station has lot my business 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tonight, I came for gas but I left my wallet at home and only had USD on me. The employee took my money and would not give an exchange on it. I asked why he said Manager's policy and would not discuss further. As the doors were locked, there was nothing I could do as I had my kids in the car.
I've been coming to this station for years. I buy my gas here, I buy my lottery here and I buy other things as well. I WILL NOT BE BACK AGAIN. I hope you enjoy the "tip" you gave yourself you thief.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Staff doesn't know what they are doing. I showed my journie card to claim my reward, but instead of finding ways, staff said my card is fake? When i had used and claimed rewards in other gas stations. Why can't they just admit they don't know how to use it?
I came back the week after. It just concluded they have poor communication skills as well. I asked for premium gas clearly and still gave a regular gas. Instead of correcting, he said i asked for regular. Smh. Pay your gas at the machine and do not go to them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the counter was so rude. Its my 2nd time there and twice she was rude. I asked how to claim my free Journie reward . Told me to just get it at the isle and bring it back to her.So abrupt. I also bought a scratch card and she just threw it at me.
