C	Craig Leighton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Original burger combo (with fries and a drink). Sadly the burger was cold and the cheese was not melted. I remember it tasting much juicier and being more fresh. I ordered regular fries and some of the fries seemed to be garlic parmesan fries, which isn't necessarily a bad thing as they cost more. Overall not a great experience, probably won't visit again.

I ended up going to Scott Road location to get my favorite shake. If you don't have it don't list it in your menu as well Absolutely not coming back here again!!
G	Gems of Zion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an unpleasant service experience at the drive thru, they got the order wrong at first and then instead of discussing it with the customer the associate went to the manager and was talking in a different language, now the thing is I understand punjabi and heard whatever they said , but that is extremely rude for anyone other than me who doesn't speak the language. This happened about thrice where the associate turned their back and spoke to the manager. Discourteous.

I came here once before and had a really bad experience with the employees but yesterday at the drive thru it was quite busy but I was still was out within 7 minutes. The employee Ameet also was very sweet and greeted me well. I had forgotten to tell her I wanted cheese on the original burgers, but without complaining she immediately ran back and gave me my burger with cheese.

I ordered my son a small Cookies N Cream Shake and after sitting in the drive thru for 15mins they tried to charge me for a regular. I questioned the amount and she said I ordered a regular and when I said no she started pouring it into a smaller glass. This wouldn't have been a problem with pop but not when it's a milkshake as all the topping became mixed. I asked her to make a new one and she became rude. I called a few minutes later and spoke with the manager who pretended that she couldn't hear me and then hung up the phone. Very very poor customer service when you are paying $6.00 for a milkshake and $.25 for bags

So I went back and requested to change my order. This should have been a straightforward refund for my first order then charged for the combo. No such luck. First the server couldn't refund so she got her manager who rang it through multiple times before telling me I owed several more dollars. When I questioned how the change was so expensive when I wanted to change to a combo which was 40 cents more than what I paid, she spent several more minutes ringing it through again repeatedly. I also asked if I could have the garlic mayo they use instead of the chipotle and was told chipotle was my only option for the yam fries. My food had been sitting on the cold counter for several minutes when I agreed to pay the almost $2 she said I owed. I agreed and asked for copies of all receipts, because I wanted out of there and to eat my food before it was cold. Too late. I sat in my car in the parking lot and ate my lukewarm food. That was unpleasant experience.
