Envision Financial

I went in today to meet with Rosie Prasad to talk about my line of credit and it has been the worse experience ever. I usually deal with the branches in the Langley area and I instantly regret booking my appointment at this branch. Rosie had nothing but judgement towards my financial status, scoffed at my face when I told her that I did not bring any of requirements needed at that appointment as per the advice of their customer service line. Most of the time was her typing away on her computer pulling up my information without saying a word of what she was doing to my account, made me take a stupid survey and stated that the survey can help "figure out a better way to manage my finance" and in the end of that survey, was just to talk about their "referral perks to earn a $100" and asked for 5 names max. I figured out this was her way to give me the funds? It's the most idiotic transaction and waste of a time in my day. There was no solution to this appointment. In the end she told me that the she wouldn't be dealing with what I needed for the next 2 weeks, basically telling me to my face that this wasn't a priority. Which in the first place, I never asked if it was. Even if this was the case, I don't think you should ever tell your clients such things to make them feel disregarded! I've decided that I will be closing my account and will choose one of the more mainstream banks such as TD or RBC. Get a bank that won't make you feel this type of judgement. Because at the end of the day, we at least deserve that much respect.

Awesome customer service with an awesome Branch Manager. Goes out of his way to help their customer. Clearly demonstrates "Put Customers First". Narendra Singh has provided an exceptional advise and has guided us along with our banking needs. The Retirement Seminar was an eye opener for us, "Are we retirement ready", something that we will be discussing with Narendra Singh soon. Overall, best customer service. Shalesh Prakash.

What an amazing branch and group of people. If you are looking for a bank, look this direction! They have been so wonderful and helpful when we first opened our accounts to right through. Their rates are great and they are always willing to go the extra mile to help their customers. I am getting ready for retirement, not only did Harmeet make arrangements to assist me, she also made an appointment with the financial guru Jim!! He sat with me and gave me so much information on my investments and helped me pull it all together and now I can see my money at work through their assistance. They also set up an appointment with my husband and now he has seen them and got a little plan on the way for his retirement too. They even put on educational classes where they treat you very well and allow you to hear as a group of like minded people more information to help you reach your goals. For two people who met in our forties after going through a bad separation and divorce where they were left with nothing, it has been a great experience to have the support of your financial institution to realize that you can meet your dreams. Way to go and thank you Fleetwood branch and Envision Financial!

I called with a question on a time sensitive matter at 9am on a Saturday morning. I expressly stated that it was time-sensitive and was assured I would receive a call back. At noon, I had not heard back from the branch, so I called again. I was told the staff were “busy”. Definitely poor business practice. I wonder if I will get a response stating this is not our policy and we will be in touch to discuss. Haha.

i love fleetwood branch and i love customer service i have a account with fleetwood from 15 years and the employee sonu is the best. she’s very friendly i always go to her and other staff is very friendly too love it i recommend everyone to open a fleetwood envisions account

Envision Financial is a great place to do banking and their employees are wonderful to work with! Ashutosh Sood set up my accounts, and helped me with the process of getting a mortgage. He was very personable and knowledgeable, and guided me through the paperwork I had to fill out. He always replied to my emails promptly and went the extra mile to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable. Believe me, getting a mortgage can be a stressful event, but Ash made it so much easier! He really cares about people and he gave me the best interest rate for my mortgage. I highly recommend Ash at the Fleetwood location for all your banking needs!

I want to rate just this branch as I enjoy the Envision Financial brand. I feel this is by far the worst branch to deal with at Envision Financial. I have only been to a few branches for personal service as most of my business is at the machine or online. This particular branch is VERY IMPERSONAL and unprofessional each and every time I have been there. I will NOT be back and will tell others the same. The tellers do not acknowledge or greet customers well. Every time I have been there, they continue chatting to each other when people arrive and fail to acknowledge the customer until they are done chatting and then instead of discussing options to issues such as unusual cheque deposits, they simply say it cannot be done. They have no interest in hearing the details whereas other branch tellers listen and address the issues with reasonable acquirable solutions. I suggest re-training these front line personal to a level that is expected from a clients perspective.

Envision staff @ Fleetwood branch are friendly, extremely help and proficient in their work. Sona especially has helped me tremendously with my accounts. I highly recommend this branch. George Y
