★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place to deal with. Almost lost the sale of my house due to their horrible practices. They are likely to be sued one day due to their internal rules. President is a real piece of work - avoid if you can unless you are desperate. I know beggars can't be choosers but there are many other private mortgage companies to approach - avoid if at all possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can I give it 0 stars? Completely shady practices - I agree with other reviewer. In my case, they lured me in and then put in a whole bunch of fees on top after they have strung me along so long that I had lost out on other opportunities. Live and learn I guess - I hope you learn from my mistakes. Finally, rude staff right from the president to the front desk - don't understand why they don't relate their behavior to customer service. Learn from my experience and stay away. I found a better lender at the last moment and so can you. Good luck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been referring mortgages to Reliable for almost 2 decades and myself and my clients have nothing but awesome service and a great line of credit product. Their mortgages are totally open and don't have a renewal fee unlike many other private lenders that are not open and have large renewal fees. Everyone knows the total costs, rates and fees before they sign for a mortgage with them and can get independent legal advice to check all the paperwork. I highly recommend them.
