Worst real estate marketing company. Any potential real estate buyers should stay far, far away from properties marketed by these guys. Their sales people will promise you the world when they are trying to sell you something, yet never take ownership or shoulder any blame for any problems. Very unethical company.

Fifth Avenue Real Estate Marketing Ltd. is a for-profit company founded by Mark Belling in 1980 to sell newly constructed multi-family residential homes - condo units and townhouses. One of their licensees (licensed realtor on the sales team) Sarah sent me the wrong deposit receipt at 5:19 pm on February 17, 2022. I responded by email to Sarah to inquire about the issue at 11:11 pm on February 17 2022. I waited until 11:00 am on February 18, 2022 but did not receive any response from Sarah. Therefore, l took matters into my own hands by finding out its President and Chief Executive Officer Scott Brown's cellphone number through his pre-recorded voice message on the company's main phone line and sent him a text message at 11:08 am on February 18, 2022. He responded to me by text message and instructed me to contact the sales director Melanie Themmen by email. Melanie sent me the correct deposit receipt at 11:29 am on February 18, 2022 by email?. Sarah did sent me the correct deposit receipts at 3:52 pm on February 18, 2022 by email ?. Because Sarah did not apologize to me regarding this receipt error by email, l sent her an email on February 22, 2022 at 10:02 pm to ask - "What have you learned from this incident (/error)?" Scott Brown responded by email at 2:44 pm on February 23, 2022 to tell me that it is inappropriate for me to ask any of his staff member what s/he has learned from an error at work. So l responded by email ? at 2:59 pm on February 23, 2022 to ask Scott Brown this question - "what would you do and how far would you go to remedy a negative customer experience that has caused by one of your subordinates (/staff members) Sarah?" Scott responded by email ? at 3:26 pm on February 23, 2022 that he is willing to meet with me and my realtor to discuss this issue further with a PS note on the same email ? message saying, in essence, "We Fifth Avenue Real Estate Marketing Ltd. sell and process more than 1,000 residential condo units and townhouses per year, occasional error is no big deal. Don't be too harsh on us." Melanie did apologize to me by text message on February 18, 2022 at 5:43 pm and told me by the same text message that the sales lead Taylor Dutton of Eastleigh project had left the company Fifth Avenue Real Estate Marketing Ltd., so Sarah has to pick up the slack for after-sale services and she made an error. The Vice President and Managing Broker Jamie Squires also responded by email on February 24, 2022 at 9:11 am saying - "He will look into this matter to ensure this kind of error never happens again." Even though employees like Scott, Jamie, Melanie and Sarah at Fifth Avenue Real Estate Marketing Ltd. get paid through their new residential condo units pre-sale contract with Eastleigh builder/developer RF Properties Ltd., l believe that such sales commission ultimately come from purchasers like me, who is not treated with the level of respect and gratitude that l come to expect from these seller /vendor /builder's representatives (realtors /salespeople). These new condo units salespeople (/realtors) make decent sales commission income from the purchase deposit of my condo unit at Eastleigh. I think that they have not earned the full amount of their sales commission so far. Therefore, l requested via email a customer experience remedy measure of an apology card and $100 Starbucks gift card on February 24, 2022 at 10:13 am. Scott, Jamie, Melanie and Sarah have refused it on February 25, 2022 Friday. This is the whole factual story. You can draw your own conclusions.
