K	Kathy Reilly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E very time I have dealt with the staff at this bank I have been treated with respect and they are all very friendly including the security "greeters". I suspect that the bad reviews come from people who don't approach a problem with diplomacy and tend to become confrontational. I have taught customer service and usually when a service rep responds negatively it is because they have tried every other method of dealing with a client. These people are only human. Treat them with respect and you can expect the same back.
R	Richard H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not knowledgeable enough with wires, they couldn't figure out something basic that any other teller at a different TD bank would know. She even asked her manager how to but the manager was too lazy to leave her desk to check it out. Too long of a wait. Too slow.. yes nice smiling tellers but too chatty and telling stories without taking into consideration those waiting in line, not all of us are retired, some are in a hurry to go to work so keep it professional and stop with the garden stories and the dog cat etc..

But the organization of the staff seems incredibly messy and the high level staff seem stressed and over worked. The branch seems poorly managed or it could just be the location but I do not see a reason to do my banking here and will move more of my money to credit unions
