★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good place to buy a bong .. I bought one and it broke within a week. I only used it like 15 times. But as I was gonna use it again for the first time of the night last night . It broke by picking it up .. I've never dropped it or even heated it up more then one hit at a time because I barely use bongs . I paid $100 for it and I brought it back and tried to get a new one because it broke very easily . And they wouldn't do anything to help me out .. They said I was heating up the bong too much .. But I only would take like 3 bongs tokes threw out the whole day . Like once when I wake up and like one at dinner time and maybe one before bed lol . I know that didn't break or melt the bong .. So don't waste your well earned money at this store .. Sorry to put this about your store but I feel soo ripped off today and don't want this to happen to other people ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer beware, the staff at this store sold me a vape they promised worked really well as he and his gf use it all the time with great success. Since it came so highly recommended I purchased it. The vape is not a real vape and just cooks the product, leaving a burning plastic/popcorn taste. I researched online and the mini titan is well known for the above issues and not suitable for vaping any herb/oil products. The manager, offered a store credit and said for me to call when I'm on my way up. Failing to inform any of her staff, I wasted a trip from Victoria to Nanaimo, as they wont honor the credit. All in all the staff here are very misinformed and lie about the use of the products. I would not recommend visiting here unless you are really knowledgeable. You also cant trust the word of the manager.

When they couldn't get me what I needed, they even recommended their next door competition, who def didn't recommend them (they actually sent me 4 blocks away to a dispensary for e-nail parts, lol.). Rasta troll will be getting all my business as far as glass and dab rig things go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best discount head shop. Yes quality is lower but not all of us have 2000 dollars for a real nice piece. You get what you pay for and with a rewarding discount program its my shop for life.
