Nice people, but their oil product is two years old (produced on Jun 2018) and not worth the money. No effects whatsoever, all strength was gone out of the product, and no refund nor replacement product offered. This is bad business.

Locally owned and operated. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who took the time to listen to my various questions about edibles, and oils. Quality with the licensed producers keeps improving in my opinion. Will return to shop for sure!

I don't usually post reviews but I thought I would give a warning for any socially anxious individuals who smoke weed. I don't look like I smoke weed and I came in 10 minutes before closing knowing exactly what I wanted. I waited in the store for almost the entire time while other customers didn't know what they wanted. I was threatened that if I didn't decide in the waiting room I wouldn't get anything because they were closing soon, like I said I already knew what I wanted. I was forced to wait on others and treated like I know nothing about marijuana by a man who was covered in Tattoos (nothing wrong with that, I am also covered in tattoos, just want you to reprimand this). The other "conventionally attractive" woman who knew nothing about weed and forgot her ID took the MAJORITY of the time and got treated like gold and with patience. I will not be going here and do not recommend it as there are a significant amount of weed stores in the area that will treat all customers with equal respect. Edited for clarification: I had no problem waiting due to the Covid-19 Pandemic I even went out of my way to have my ID ready and decided what I wanted (and backup options) before I came into the store (this is common for people with social anxiety). I had no problem waiting and being prepared, he had a problem waiting for customers as they were closing even though as I said it was before closing. Given the hours are not open late, I would say it was a tad bit of an aggressive approach. Please feel free to contact me for more clarifications.

Never had a bad experience here, they're my shop of choice in Nanaimo. Friendly and helpful staff, clean store, good prices and selection, convenient location right downtown.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, great deals and selection, whether it's dry herb, pre-rolls, concentrates or even smoking/vaping devices, they have you covered.

The only reason I'm giving a second star is because the staff was fantastic. Terrible products. I got 2 types of pre rolls and a garlic breath blunt. The products were gross. Terrible tasting, Terrible burning, Terrible smoke. Bottom of the barrel stuff at premium prices.

Edit: since writing this, the service has gone downhill! Their stock is alright, but they're fairly speedy and unfriendly. As a legacy user they had me but lost me. Would recommend for a quick stop but if you're looking for attentive service I'd say go elsewhere. It used to be clean with a well-taken-care of fish, but the fish is gone :( OG review: Great location, friendly knowledgeable staff, such great customer experience!! I've been going as long as it's been a weed store there and it's the best in town by far for price and vibe! And the most recent trip, they gave me a total of 4 free shirts, and I didn't spend a huge amount either!

I don't ever post reviews but what a fun vibe! The staff here are friendly and personable and KNOW THEIR PRODUCTS! I asked a ton of questions and was reassured that I was not being a bother. I walked away with a $99 ounce thinking it would be cheaper quality but I just got home and it looks and smells great!
