★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Island Glass did a fantastic job replacing a number of glass panes in my existing windows that had started to leak or develop film between them. I thought I would have to replace the whole window but Island Glass saved me a ton of money as my frames were still good it was just the glass that needed replacing. Thank you for clearing up and brightening my view out my windows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For our bathroom renovations we had multiple trades involved and we can say that Island Glass and Mirror was the most professional, on-time and quality trade we worked with. Not saying our other trades were bad, they were great, but Island Glass was above and beyond in our opinion. As soon as we requested information we heard back, as soon as we approved the scope of work, we heard back from their scheduler, and as soon as the time slot came, their guys were on site performing the work. It was seamless and we are so happy with the quality of the materials and of the work that was preformed. Everything works well and our bathroom looks incredible. Highly recommend this company and their team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Island Glass installed the shower glass and mirrors when we built our house 3 years ago. Very professional and high quality work. As happens with all new builds, the house shifted a bit and that caused, over time, one of the shower glass joints to require re-gluing. They came today to repair that for me and they were fast, professional, friendly and provided excellent service. I’d recommend them for sure.
Edited to add: they also scheduled me for a 9:00 arrival and then arrived at 8:59. Always love it when I’m not sitting at home wondering when an installer will show up sometime inside a 4 hour window!

Called around for price quotes and Island Glass staff was the most courteous and gave the best price out of the three shops I called. The follow up measurement appointment was scheduled smoothly and again Island window staff was professional and knowledgeable. The installation was a breeze for them too. Overall experience with Island Glass staff was very pleasant. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing window repair service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Island Glass and another company in fall of last year. We needed to repair our glass shower as one of the pieces was becoming loose. The original adhesive wasn't applied strong enough. Island glass had the more reasonable quote for the job so we decided to go with them.
They showed up but with the wrong coloured L joint. The correct coloured one would have to be ordered and thanks to covid the order took a while to arrive, clocking in at around one and a half months. They did order the piece but forgot who we were and I had to be on top of them to get them out here. To be honest, when all was said and done this was a smallish job and not entirely economical for a busy company to do, so while I had to be on top of them to get the job done, I was grateful to get it done.
About 2 months ago, the guys showed up to install the L joint and put a thicker layer of adhesive on the glass. The lead guy who showed up grabbed a bucket and some tools, and went straight to work. It took them a total of maybe 30 minutes to get it done. It's been solid since.
I recommend Island Glass to do your glass shower work, as they clearly know what they are doing. Just hopefully you don't fall through the cracks of a busy business like we did.

So fast! Very kind gentlemen who came by to mount everything properly. I was extremely satisfied with their service and wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Island Glass recently replaced some custom windows for us and did an excellent job. Their installation crews were professional and courteous and very competent and we are very happy with the result.
But what was far more important was their response to a measurement error which occured with this project. They immediately acknowledged the mistake and took the needed steps to correct the situation. It was clear from their behaviour that they took the matter seriously and would make every effort to make things right.
I think customers should always expect a good job from their contractors. But what makes an outstanding company is one which knows how to make sure the customer is left fully satisfied on those rare occasions where something does not go according to plan. I think Island Glass excelled in this regard.
Island Glass was recommended to me by a couple of demanding builders. And I would not hesitate to join them in recommending them to others.

The project was to turn our apartment den into an enclosed office space for work from home, with the two primary goals being reducing sound and maintaining natural light.
Since we're situated in an apartment as well, the solution had to involve no drilling into the roof (concrete slab) or floor (lengthy strata approval).
The team worked with us to create an elegant solution of metal and glass that works brilliantly. The team were friendly, and took great care and attention to detail to ensure the job was done right, and that it met our expectations.
For any issues that occurred, the team took ownership to sort it out, and the customer experience was excellent.
