Check the hotels and room's before you pay them any ADVANCE. They BOOK CHEAPEST ROOM available in the CHEAPEST HOTEL in the TOWN. HOTEL RESERVATION FOLKS DON"T RESPECT YOU UPON ARRIVAL. This company cuts every corner to save few dollars. Our driver drove us for 10+ hours to save 20 miles and which killed us with 1500+ Speed bumps. After pressurize he says there is another way to get San Cristobal, Mexico, but longer. NUTS. I paid over 6400$+ for 2 people for 6 Nights Mexico trip and had HORRIBLE time at every HOTEL they booked. What they promise YOU WILL NEVER GET IT. Each site destination you get to spend less then 2 hours and most of the time traveling. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME GOING TO SOME OTHER COMPANY.

Absolutely Superb! There were 6 of us traveling from the United States to South Africa (Johnausburg) and the minute we landed after a very long flight Indus reps met us at the airport, grabbed out luggage and took us to our hotel. From that moment forward, everything was beyond our expectations. The transportation provided in each city, the tours in each city, and most importantly, the hotels and the guides were simply just awesome. No one ever felt tired or in need of anything. I travel extensively, and this is one of my top tours so far! Great job Indus!

I would never use this company nor recommend to anyone. Several people on this trip to Magical Douro Cruise agreed. We were mislead and not given enough information for the trip. First of all, the documents send via email did not have enough information, therefore constant communication with the company for more detail information. For example, I was never given any luggage tag nor labeling my luggage with cabin nbr for the ship. Therefore, it was not delivered to my room. I had to go search for it. The hotel that was booked for extra night, I would not call 4 star. Better Western would have been better. Once on the ship, I noticed I was on the bottom floor when I paid extra $190 to upgrade to the main cabin. I later found out that the bottom floor with limited view of the water is the main floor, the upgrade charge was to be on the same floor few doors down to be more in the middle. Are you kidding me, 2 other guest had the same problem. The Indus Travel did not fully explain this therefore, we asked to be upgraded to the floor above the middle floor. We were denied, therefore to get the experience I wanted which was what I purchased was not paid additional 185 euros directly to the cruise director to be moved. Another information that was not disclosed was that the ship I was booked on is a German ship. I was one of only 9 Americans on the ship which made it hard to meet other cruise guests. It made everything announcements on the ship very lengthy having both in German and English. The food on the cruise was mediocre. The service was acceptable. The local tour guide was fine. Although, one of the scheduled excursion was canceled due to not having enough people and was to be reimbursed. I have not heard back. It will probably be credited for future trip which will never happen I assure you. This trip from a get go did not go smoothly. Originally, I had not committed to a date, I had no idea the agent already booked me to a date, a date I have not confirmed. Once I gave the date I wanted, I was charged $75 for change fee which I was informed the cruise company charged. Once again, additional cost for Indus misunderstanding/assumption and error on their part. Those were only few issues & problems I encountered on this trip. I rather not spend anymore of my time on this bad trip experience. Needless to say, lessons learned the hardest. When you feel not comfortable & confident that you have enough information, go with your instincts, this company not legit and does a poor job. Once again I was not the only one with the same experience. I say big giant thumbs down.

We had to reschedule our Bali trip multiple times due to the pandemic and Indus was very helpful w rescheduling under difficult circumstances. We decided to change from Bali to Peru (Peruvian Dream tour) in the hopes of actually completing our trip in 2021. We did take the tour in Sept an had a great time, even in spite of the pandemic restrictions. Peru was a fabulous country but mostly our tour operators were so accommodating and helpful while we were in country it was amazing. We are savvy travelers and honestly, we haven't experienced such catering to our needs as with these people. The sites were wonderful but the operators made the trip totally worry free. They made sure everything was handled from checking us in for our flights, ensuring we got on those flights, coordinating our transport schedules, to getting our Covid tests timely for return to the US. We were surprised regarding the attentiveness we received and the coordination was without a hitch. We definitely would use Indus Travels again for our international travel.

DO NOT USE! A friend and I booked a trip to the Amalfi Coast September, 2021. Indus booked a hotel with 81 steep steps each way to get to and leave the hotel for two women in their seventies without telling us. The hotel was not in the actual town of Amalfi either and had no regular restaurant. A shuttle was not available to get to Amalfi. The room was small with no view—probably the absolute cheapest Indus could book. Although Indus’ travel brochure mentioned an excursion to Positano, Lourdes from Indus said Covid changed the option. That was not true. With no requested information from Indus, we figured out how to access a ferry on our own to get to Positano. Indus was non responsive to this and other questions. Our travel agent quit without notice to us. Paid for transportation was not provided to pick up sites. A paid for excursion to St. Peter’s was not provided. The person I had to communicate with was very difficult to understand. Indus made so many mistakes on this almost $3,000 per person trip! I would never use them again for anything.

Came back from Amazing Italy trip. This was my second trip with Indus Travels and I would highly recommend. Very fast paced and jam packed with sightseeing. we had only 16 other people in the entire coach. Monica was really helpfull in all booking questions.

This was a trip of a lifetime! I had some thoughts on what to expect out of a trip to Egypt but this far exceeded my expectations. Everything was taken care of from hotels to transportation to food to tours. My family and I felt very safe with the guides and drivers we had and they made the experience even that much better. Islam was our guide for most of the trip and he was amazing!! We are already telling people to take this trip and be sure to request our amazing guide!

We came back from the tour Captivating South Africa on Nov.23,2021. Everything was perfect. As a group of 6 we traveled in a comfortable van. The hotels couldn't be better. The guides and drivers have taken care of us in the best possible way. We have not wasted any time. We always felt valued and safe. Our trip was really, really great. We've seen so much in 11 days that now we need time to process it. Definitely we would recommend the Indus Travels to anyone.
