β β β β β Worst place ever, Workers cursed at me when I complained that my Burger wasn't vegetarian and was in fact beef. Used to go here a lot a year or two ago, but now the workers will cut you off before you're even finished ordering, saying to go through the drive through. I won't be eating there again, and I will be reporting their ill practices to the health inspection services in Nanaimo. Absolutely not worth the food sickness. Can't believe I spent $30 on literal inedible garbage. $30 on 2 burgers and a fries that were not even what I ordered.

β β β β β This isn't a single visit review this is a rating based on going here atleast once a month or week for the last 5 years but the service is generally apathetic with the exception of a few workers. They deal with alot but they with regularity mess up my orders but the food is usually pretty hot atleast. I think you guys could do better but it's one of the few places open 24/7

β β β β β Went there for breakfast as tourists and not knowing the area, this isnβt a place for tourists as it was crowded with homeless when we got out and with some inside. The cashier did a good job keeping them in check but it wasnβt a relaxing breakfast. Food and coffee were fine.

β β β β β Finished up at Walmart they were closing is after 11:00 and I was hungry the only place open was A&w so I drove in the snow all the way across town but it was worth it it's nice to see places still willing to stay open late the town Island in or between two towns personal and Qualicum they like to shut everything down at 5:00 or 24-hour McDonald's shuts down to 11:00 the only thing open is usually a gas station and for someone like me who works late or early mornings is very hard to get a hot meal early in the morning. So to the staff at this location thank you and to the managers for staying open I appreciate you my burger was delicious

β β β β β Don't forget to take your potato peeler as not one potato is peeled. Ugly skins on every potato.
Poor service.
The fries were stale , refried , the chicken strips were refried, only burger was fresh .
Wasted $58 . Am a tourist in Nanaimo , Served on tissue paper. Which tears with the ketchup. Horrible
