Had the pleasure of dealing with “Noelle” who was very friendly efficient & knowledgeable.
I wish they allowed smoking inside...I’d bring my hookah pipe & stay a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited River District Branch after booking, but advisor only advised me to "call TD Service Center" about all my questions. Even the advisor told me to call TD Service Center and ask them for a tutorial video if you want to know how to use your account. I am for the first time disappointed in TD. I do not even know why TD spends money to operate "River District Branch" if customer has to solve problems by calling to service center at home.

Jasmine and her team are awesome! They helped me make a mutual client very happy with a stressful transaction. I saw them several times to handle various pieces of the transaction, and they were always friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to ensure we could provide the underlying client what she needed.
