★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been banking at this branch for over 3 years now. Always been a pleasant experience every single visit. I've had the great opportunity to deal many times with the teller by the name of Karam. He's always looked after all my issues and concerns with the upmost best customer service. This branch will always be my favourite location to do all my banking needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ have had the pleasure of banking with TD for over 20 years. In that time, an unwritten guarantee I could always count on, was that I would leave the branch fully satisfied with my questions or problems answered, or I would have those answers in a day or two. I would get friendly, professional and knowledgeable service.
Not with this branch.
At this branch I have been continually ignored, lied to, forgotten and now, due to time lost in communications, it is costing me money. If the original person working with you is unavailable or incompetent, you are out of luck, no one else can help you.
Sadly, I will need to find a new branch in another city to bank with, where staff are focused on not only customer service, but are qualified to do their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give zero. Super disappointed in the Aldergrove location. Have dealt with Murrayville and the customer care and professionalism is 100x better. Andrew the bank manager is terrible to deal with, treats you with zero respect and is very misleading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for truthful, competent staff this branch is not recommended. After banking with the TD for 20+ years we are finding that this branch is continuing to go down hill.
If the person you are dealing with gets up in the middle of a pandemic and flies across the world, you get stuck and no one helps you. In the end the terrible communication and lies ends up costing you and the branch takes zero responsibility.
When you reach out to the bank manager, Andrew, he proceeds to lie and be deceitful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why do you keep choosing to lower the hours? My whole time banking with this bank I have had to deal w the worst set of hours, i get its covid but you close at 6 on a weekday? And then everyone working there is in a panic because people are trying to get their banking done before 6, the online 24/7 banking is a joke, it says that i can do almost anything online but most times I have to go into the bank, where they are 99% of the time as useful as the online banking
