Waited for 10 mins at the business line while I was completely ignored until I got in the regular line and had to wait another 15 mins to deposit my check. the business line hours were 9-4 and I was in at 945. If you dont have someone at that till at least you can mention it and ask me to move into the normal line. Two people there including a manager and they completely wasted my time.

Financial Planner named "Simon" works here.. He is nervous and very incompetent with money. Seriously.. he is completely CLUELESS with finance-related matters. Ask him for advice and he will nervously mumble something or hide in the back in his office. I actually found even the bank tellers more helpful and knowledgeable than Simon. Apparently the bank has already had negative feedback about Simon. Other than this clown, the bank itself is quite good.

I find their tellers to be very friendly all the time. I enjoy that part about this branch. I would give them 5 stars however, i find that if you want to do any more complex banking the amount of time in advance that you need to book an appointment is a bit long for me. most times its a week or more in the future when your appointment will be schedule for.

As a person who owned a medium sized business for more than 30 years, I dealt with four different banks over the years. This TD Canada Trust Branch, at Willow Park, has always been outstanding in efficiency, friendliness and excellent banking services. It is the only bank that I will be dealing with when I retire, simply because it is the best!

Something strange about having "bankers hours" for the atm. Why does this have hours? Why can't they have a card reader to open the doors after hours???

Excellent service in this location, unlike some other locations, people in this location are welling to help, they appreciate customers’ businesses, worth the 10 mins extra from Millrise.

$5000 was taken without my authorization On Friday April 1st, without my knowledge, TD Canada Trust took $5000 from my business investor account. I immediately went to TD Willow park branch to ask the reason. Customer service representative Jog told me that it was a payment to a credit card, but could not tell me which credit card. I asked her to return the funds and stop unauthorized withdrawals from my account. Jog typed something into her computer said someone will have to call me on Monday to explain why the money was taken from my account. I waited until Monday, but no one from TD called me to explain why my money was taken. I checked my business investor account online to see if the $5000 was returned to my account but I couldn’t access my account because it was frozen. I went to the nearest TD Branch in Glenmore Landing and I asked the customer service representative to unfreeze my account and allow me to check if the $5000 was returned to my account. It was very complicated and time consuming to unfreeze my account. Many questions and internal phone calls but after waiting nearly an hour, my account was finally unfrozen and the rep could confirm that it was a mistake that $5,000 was taken from my account on April 1. The rep tried to call the person who initially took my money as a credit card payment and got no answer. More delays and the money was not returned to my account. On Tuesday April 5th, I returned to TD Willow park branch. Jog was there and I told her about my difficulties unfreezing my account and asked her to explain why I was not getting my money returned or even the promised phone call. Jog said that freezing my account was the best way to protect my money from being taken again. So I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager was busy. Jog said she would call me at 4 pm to explain the reason for taking $5000 from my account. She didn't call. Again I called the branch and had to leave a message for Jog to call me back. Jog did call back and told me the money will be put back to my account no later than Wednesday April 6. Today is April 7 and my money is still not returned. I called Jog again and now she tells me she doesn’t know when my money will be returned. So far seems no one is able to call me back. Now after several days of frustration, many hours of been my put on hold, waiting in line and time speaking with TD reps, I am still without my money. How can I trust TD again? It seems that TD doesn’t want to help their clients solve the problem they themselves created.

Recently went here and was treated poorly by Jag. I don't think she is a bad person but she needs a bit of sunlight while working. When she was going through the paperworks with me, she was already putting my hopes down that I am not gonna be approved. She never even bothered to look me in the eye while talking with me. Not the worst experience but definitely affected me, I know there's a pandemic and she pointed out that she has a ton of things piled up because of the holidays but, we're all just trying our best, a bit of kindness can go a long way. I don't mean to bring someone down but for years I never advocated for myself when I am not treated right and I think it is about time to advocate for myself when I am treated less than I deserve.
