I have my mortgage with TD currently but the process and lack of communication I had to go through will have me reconsider when my renewal time comes. The branch manager went over the final contract signing saying very different things than what was actual so either she was misinformed or flat out said whatever to get me to sign and out the door. It seemed like all they didn’t care through the entire process. Very disappointing but what are you to do?

Horrible location! Being a loyal TD customer by following my parents foot steps, I proudly recommended my friend to join TD. Earlier during the week he got an account set up but was not advised that he would qualify for a student account. So we went to this location together to get this changed and was absolutely insulted by how rude the CSR/teller was. I am absolutely embarrassed to have recommended TD to my close friend and will not be doing so again in the future! The teller was not wearing a name tag or else I'd be calling TD about this. My friend was going to set up his investing accounts with TD and has now thought otherwise. Seriously TD, consider who you hire because word of mouth goes a long way.

I often go in to TD bank and have the "holding periods" waved on deposits due to zero issues over 25 years and the regularity of this happening. There is one teller at the Kenasaton branch, but the name of Sadia, that has had a chip on shoulder 3 times now. I figured maybe she was having a bad day, but its now a regular occurrence. She has called me "buddy, bud, pal" and is extremely unprofessional. Refuses to even look at my account or show any real customer service, when her coworkers have always accommodated and been friendly. Her lack of ability to deal with the public has me driving further to the Edgeland branch, where they know how to deal with clients properly. Oh, and she had her mask below her nose the whole time..

7-8 months ago I had switched jobs which require me to change banking locations from the St. Mary's location to this location. I had read the reviews online and was skeptical of the service though the first few times were okay. Today I ran into an issue.after looking online and seeing that the location is open at 10 upon arriving at 10:30 I was told that the location is only serving seniors from 10 to 11 this was not indicated on the website. I can understand this however I had taken time off work to go there security guard at the door indicated that I had to wait I informed him that I couldn't and I needed to do my banking now.after telling him I want to speak to the manager we walked in and were greeted by a man who was too busy cleaning his coffee pot then to take care my issue.I did call the helpline over the phone and it was indicated then that the first hour was for seniors again I do understand this and I have no issues with that it was how I was treated at the door by this individual with a coffee pot. Please note there was nobody in the branch at the time. I understand why this location receives very little stars if any

A little disappointment. Two years ago, I wanted to open a new account when I was a student. I have waited in line for 30 minutes. Then, they told me that I need to make an appointment. I came back again next week in time for the appointment. They told me the staff who will serve me was not in here. I needed to wait for another one more hour. Nobody knew when he or she would back. I always keep this story inside my heart. I feel it is unreliable to customer. So I gave my money to bmo. At this point, Bmo is better.

I had bank with TD for over 7 years and they never disappointed me. This branch has all the great staff and good services. They are very friendly and patient with customers.

TD Bank has some decent employees, they have safety deposit boxes and green colored buildings. That's the positive, now for the reality: it is the absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with, and the Kenaston branch is the worst of all. If you hold any assets or liabilities with this bank and try to move them to a competitor of theirs, be prepared for vengeful tactics and outright lies in why it is taking them so long to comply with your request. Thus bank is an absolute nightmare!
