Clerk said management closed the washroom due to covid. Second shell managed by east indians who do not allow customers to use the washroom facilities. OTHER GAS STATIONS ALLOW IT, including the sage creek shell station.

Love the car wash there, it's better than some other stations where I've been. Convenient location and good customer service.

I mean filling up gas that’s totally fine and staffs are fine too. But if you want to get a car wash with your nice car never do that, two things garuntee wheel scratch(if yours is a sports car with large wheels or low profile tires), second they won’t be responsible for that.

DO NOT GO!!!!Horrible experience, last night i went for automatic car wash and on my way out there is a big hole right outside the car wash door. I could not get my car out of it easily and i ended up with scratches on my car trunk ( by the car wash door) as the car wash door shuts down while i was still trying to get out of that hole and trying to make my way out. There were no any kind of signs posted that indicated that danger. Horrible horrible experience. Strange they are not doing anything to fix it.

This is my first time writing comment in Google. Very rude clerk! Very very bad attitude and disrespectful to customers even following us and yelled to us. We went in and wanted to use the gas card with balance in for filled up with politely asking. However the clerk who works at Dec.19 3pm very rude yelled to me with no reasons and doesn't wanted to do the service. We didn't do anything wrong but this awful clerk yelling dirty words to the customer in front of everyone. That's unacceptable! This clerk shouldn't work at the gas station ，SHAME for him.

Horrible customer experience of pumping gas in this gas station.2020/12/19 around 4 pm,I went to store asking for how many money left in my shell gift card, the worker gave an extremely bad attitude to check my balance. My car require 91 gas not 89, however he assume my car use 89 so when I pressed 91 gas that didn't work out. I returned back to ask what is going on, he used a extremely rude attitude to answer how do I know which gas do you use. Because his horrible attitude I said I gonna complain you, but what he said jmade my completely speechless he said no matter who you go to complain it WILL NOT work out because I am the law. Why store still keep these kind of people, this kind of people just literally ruin the business. I really hope owner could give a response in here!

I have always been satisfied with shell customer service while pumping gas, in any location. And I have been to this location very often. At 10:30 am, on July 17, 2021, I tried to get some gas. Tried multiple times and the gas was not coming out. I went inside and looked for help, and asked the clerk named Karamdeep, “Hi, I am using pump #, there is no gas pumping out? Can you help me out there?” He refused and asked me to prepay. I said I'd like to pay inside after getting the gas. He refused rudely and said he did not know why there wasn’t gas coming out. I politely asked him again to go out and help me pump the gas. He refused while he was available at the moment. I sought no help and went out, tried again. It did not work. And yet, he was standing inside with no intention to help. Another customer drove in. I begged, yes, I begged him to help me as the clerk wouldn’t. While this kind gentleman telling me I was doing everything right, he didn’t know why there wasn’t gas. The only reason he could think of is the clerk has to release the pump on the computer from inside. Magically, the gas came out after I encountered this gentleman. A week later, I went to this same location and confirmed this from another associate, he said it is right that the clerk has to press the button on the computer to release gas, which means that that whole time clerk Karamdeep was just standing inside and looking at a struggling customer, doing nothing. But decided to magically release gas after I asked a stranger customer for help. Allow me to get this straight, I have experienced great service with Shell. Even during covid, the customer service was fabulous and exceptional, the staff are always very attentive and respectful. They go above and beyond. However, browsing the comments of this location, it occurs to me that lately, there has been that one (or maybe two) clerk(s) did not present positive attitude to work and hope management will put an effort on staff customer service training. Please do not let satisfied customers down. Thank you

Excellent station. Clean, excellent car wash, friendly staff. Stick with Shell. Best gas in the business giving you the best gas mileage. Just ask your mechanic
