I love minutes away from the biggest dealers in Ontario and choose to drive an hour for the pleasure of dealing with Taylor Ford on my car purchase. Very easy to deal with, no bait and switch, and I walked away with the best deal all while facing a friendly and fun experience. This is my second f150 with Taylor and I’m buying another truck in 18 months. This is the only place I will consider buying from then as well. They have a lifelong customer with me!

We were shopping around for a new vehicle for about a week after my old truck died, and we made a point of heading up to Taylor Ford based on all the positive reviews online - what a stroke of luck to find Jamie! Other dealerships: "The trim is something like this..." Jamie: "Give me 5 minutes, I'll be right back with THAT truck" ~ proceeds to walk on down the highway to the auxiliary lot to get the specific truck we're looking for~ He insisted we drive both motors, based on my concerns with the 2.7L vs 5.0L - he sure was right, this thing is GREAT. After a few more days of thinking it over (full of my peppering Jamie with questions via text, and getting fast, friendly responses!), we struck a deal (over text!). He is honest, courteous, friendly as hell (happily entertained my 2- and 5-year-old while we worked on the paperwork with Al - who was also absolutely fantastic to deal with!), and his communication is beyond reproach! Above and beyond service, fast delivery; I am completely satisfied with this experience - I will be buying my next Ford from him. You are lucky to have such a great team working for you at Taylor Ford! Totally worth the drive to Port Perry.

B	BILL CHASE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely brutal service. Had my truck for 2 weeks, rad fan wouldn't shut off. I told them what I thought it was, non-oem thermostat. They said there is no problem( fan is so loud drive through can't hear me) everything normal. I had to call them each week to get info. They said they can't replicate problem. I told them how( drive it for 15 mins.) Got it back, drove it for 10 mins. fan kicks in high won't shut off. I told them to look online, multiple forums with this problem. Guess what? Replaced thermostat with oem part, problem solved. I'll never step foot in that place again, I can't believe their lack of communication with customers or their incompetence in the shop.

In speaking to Kent I also let him know of an alternate that I was actually more interested in (but never thought was possible to get unless I ordeed it) Less than 12hrs later- the credit app was done amd approved and he secured and sourced exactly what I wanted. Melony reached out to me to get some details. Boom deal was done and I didn't even step into the dealership. The trade value was more fair, the service was great and fast.
