★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review on the service department of Gus Brown and how awesome they are. It is rarely that you see this type of customer service these days, that wows you! The manager Glen and his staff went beyond and above to assist in fixing my problem with my car that I purchased new from them from 5 years ago. I would highly recommend their services as they are a dealer that goes above and beyond. I would also recommend Gary their salesman as he is patient and helpful to help you find what you like. All in all they are an excellent dealership in a small town.

Hes knowledgable, friendly and exceeds all expectations. Living 2.5 hours from Port Perry, the drive to receive the kind of service they offer is well worth it. Thanks for our new truck we love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I had an oil change on my 2015 GMC Terrain at Gus Brown, Port Perry. The staff were friendly and additional work was not pushed on me. The oil change was quicker than anticipated, thus my vehicle was ready by the time I got back from having a coffee at a nearby place. I will have no hesitation returning for future work and highly recommend the service department who I have been loyal to since purchase.

Quick turnaround on the sale, fair value on the trade in, and great price on the new vehicle. As a business owner I know the level of service I expect my employees to provide. Graham and Sarah met my very high standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though I've never purchased a vehicle here their service team has been outstanding. I've had two different vehicles serviced here and both times the job has been done in a better then timely manner with extremely courteous service. Garret especially has been very patient and accommodating to explain the what, why and how for me in each repair. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend him as well as the service staff to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This dealer is the worst. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Firstly they sold a new enchore to my 84 yr old dad after he complained about the brakes on his enchore only a year old. Now this enchore has been in service 3 times for check engine light , stability control light which puts it into limp mode 20km/hr. They have now changed ecu, sensor,gas pedal and now the wiring harness and a week later don't return your call. This is an un acceptable way to treat seniors .Only blessing is it's still under warranty.
