4	4everkokonut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor service and manners of the operator at the call central! (Saturday, Oct. 16th 2021). I was in need of a taxi for the following morning, but when I asked the central operator to give me an idea of the price, after I had provided him with my pickup address and the name of the destination (a well known park in Lachine), he bluntly said he didn't know that place, and said it was up to me to provide a full address. I asked him if he had Google Maps, and said "yes, but I'm not going to search it!". When I asked him to wait while I searched for a more precise address, he said abruptly "then call me back!". I asked him his name, and he just said "it's none of your business!". When I informed him that he lost a client, he insulted me, and hung up. Time to find a new job pal? Update: 2021-10-18 finally opted for Uber: quick, cheap and excellent service!

Taxi driver arrived 5 minutes earlier, was even notified by text that he was on his way. Professional and super nice driver, good service! Will not hesitate to call again for the next ride.

G	G A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know if it's just a taxi thing to drive extremely poorly and follow zero traffic laws, but I'm seeing it more and more often with these taxis. Taxi number 3887 just zero disregards in checking blind spots checking who's around him just straight turned into the lane almost hitting me and someone else next to me only put his flusher on when he was in the lane kind of redundant at that point. I honestly do not know how people who drive every day all day for a living are such terrible drivers I would rather get into a car with a 17-year-old who just got their permit then one of these taxi drivers honestly so bad especially on Champlain and any intersection or merger forget about it they do not care

J	Johnny Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXTREMELY MAD between 2:50pm and 3:05pm im driving getting to Champlain and Raymond and I’m driving and there is a taxi turning right on Champlain from Raymond while I’m going through the yellow light still having time the taxi driver was already pulling up to turn right before his light was ready and he almost hit me then we meet up at the light on rue Gagne and Champlain and he decideds to through his drink in my car then drives through the red light wow I hope many other people post about this event today cause this is not okay I hope u have a tracker on that driver he doesn’t Deserve his job he was driving a white Toyota Prius and the back of his car was really dirty I couldn’t even see the licence plate I usually take a taxi from angrignon to saint Michel twice a week with angrignon taxi and now I will never sit in this taxi company again no one deserves to get juice thrown at them and on top of things he going through a red light on Champlain and Gagne I hope u find out who did this and must pay for damages to my car
