โ โ โ โ โ Tasty Shawarma. I've reviewed another branch before, their shawarma plates are as awesome as ever.!(Ordered the chicken/beef mix plate).
But the new interesting discovery was their beef burger. To be frank I got bored of having shawarmas 24/7, so decided to order the peculiar item on the menu. Only $7.25 for a burger COMBO. Obviously not the best burger in the world at this price, but it has its good points: the frozen processed patty is not bad, and it's the closest thing I've found to a simple McDonald's burger. And that for me was the selling point, since most of us can't have McDonald's due to halal issue, this burger was the closest alternative. Plus the deal comes with very large golden crisp potato wedges, which make it a steal at this price.

โ โ โ โ โ I really love Tasty Shawarma but this location is the nearest to me. It is very strange that it take 10 to 15 minutes to prepare a chicken shawarma plate. Everytime I eat here I would also get food poisoning. Unlike the sheppard location, you can not see how they prep your food, so who knows what they are doing in the back. Takes 10 to 15 minutes to prepare a plate, compare to the Sheppard location less than 2 minutes.

โ โ โ โ โ This is a family restaurant, great value for takeout.
I ordered the 2x chicken swarma special for $10.50. The ingredients were fresh, and i was full after the first one. And I usually eat an XL pho for reference.
A great budget lunch option!

โ โ โ โ โ Tried out tasty Shawarma because my friend suggested giving it a go. I would say it's pretty darn good, but definitely not the best that I had. Got the beef and chicken shawarma; meat was quite tender and tasty! Garlic-ky sauce with a tasty hot sauce. Would definitely come back here if I was in the area where I'm looking to get a decent bang for my buck. 4/5 cause its decent quality for a good price. Potential banger

โ โ โ โ โ Quality of food is very good but they never pick up the phone. So if youโre trying to place an order over the phone prior to your pick up, youโll have some problems. One thing to improve would be the customer service. Food tastes great!

โ โ โ โ โ Very tasty chicken shawarma for a very good price, while it ain't the best in the world, its definitely convenient and a very good spot to have a decent meal. The meat is godly and the juices are just...yummy, almost as if to remind you of how good food is supposed to taste, simple and delicious, it is a testament to how consistent the food quality is and how well the service is. Been a customer there for a few months, makes me angry I didn't discover it sooner.

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered a chicken plate and sandwich to feed two. The sandwich tastes better than the plate, but both are not very good. The sauce is too dry and the rice was stale. When I use to live in Scarborough there were quite a few Shawarma restaurants that served some good food. My comparison would be Empire Shawarma and Tasty Shawarma and Falafel( not to be confused with this one)
