β β β β β Horrible company writing bogus tickets when parking was properly registered on multiple occasions. Then never answer customer service calls. Especially during a pandemic while many people are suffering financial hardships. I hope these people get what they deserve. Karma does work in mysterious ways so I would be careful if I worked at target Park!

I had parking sport in halifax Nova scotia . And I canceled last month and I email to Devin and Brandon who take cares Halifx,NS. I canceled my parking sport from march 2021 and I emailed them about it and I told them do not charge for march from my account then to they charged from my account and after that I am requesting them to give back my money but they are not giving any answer on email so please provide my money back
People in target park Halifax are scammers they are not giving answer over the call and by email
Please provide proper training to Devin and Brandon so they can provide better service to all customers

β β β β β I cancelled my parking as I don't require the spot anymore. Sent email and received confirmation from Nadia Slimane after 2 weeks of initial email acknowledging the cancellations and no further payments will be billed from my account as of June 25 2020.
First week of Aug another payment came off from my acct. Sent several emails asking them to reimburse the money back to my account..as of today no response. I put a stop for any further deduction and will report the matter to BBB.

β β β β β Went visit my son decided to stay overnight purchased ticket left it on my windshield just to wake up with a ticket on my vehicle called target park left voice-mails never got an answer from them. im about to contact Bbb. Im pretty sure they wanna hear from me.

β β β β β I would give 0 stars if I could. They accept payment, but are not around to resolve any issues that arise due to the service they offer.
1. I received a ticket in a target park lot (after paying for parking) and have been trying for months to get it resolved. I have proof of payment at the exact time of the ticket, but have received no answer to numerous e-mails or phone calls.
2. I live in a condo which has Target Park parking, so I pay monthly for my parking spot. They continuously fail to let me out and tell me to pay as if I don't pay them monthly. An enormous waste of time for the amount of money I pay.

β β β β β Tell me how this makes sense... Property management company hires TargetPark to enforce parking. TargetPark puts signs up of how to register that you are parking in a visitors spot. Site code that you need to use to register "does not exist". TargetPark issues tickets anyways.
Absolute scam of a company. Just know if your property manager uses this company to monitor their parking lot, they don't care about their tenants at all.

β β β β β They gave me 2 infractions for not having the ticket displayed. What is the purpose of technology and apps if in the end, you have to use the machine just to make them happy. Very green company!

β β β β β 0 stars. Target park has been secretly charging my husband for 6 months worth of parking AFTER he canceled this service over both the phone and email. We have not been able to get a hold of the scammers after months of trying. Please do not do business with these people. Save yourself the pain, tears and headache.
