★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m very disappointed in the customer service of this company. They were three hours late for their cleaning appointment and did not even call me to explain why. I called three or four times throughout the day to figure out when they would be arriving and unfortunately Genny did not return my call. The ladies who came to clean were very nice but unfortunately were not told that because of their lateness the cleaning session would only be two hours instead of the schedule five hours. After the first hour of cleaning I went into tell them that they only have one hour left and they rushed through the last hour of cleaning which is not very professional when their objective is to clean and clean thoroughly. Also during my booking I requested only to have one cleaner but was almost pushed into having two cleaners. When I called to have a discussion about the customer service issue that I had I was met with apology and that’s pretty much it. Was very upset since I just had a newborn and was really looking forward to a good proper clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positives: I was hiring a home-cleaning service for the first time and decided to go with Target Cleaning Services. Our family home bathroom has not been cleaned properly in years. Target Cleaning Services made it look like new. They did an amazing job in the kitchen as well. The kitchen counter, appliances and sink sparkled. I am very impressed and will definitely consider using Target Cleaning Services again to clean my home.
Negatives: The cleaners arrived an hour late and left their vaccuum behind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired target cleaners for post construction cleaning for new home (no carpet). The rate was reasonable. Ladies were nice and courteous. Though it took them a bit longer than usual (rate is per hour) to finish. Additionally I was expecting deeper cleaning but some small areas could've been done better. Overall fine experience, but has room for professionalism.
